From description to narrative to dialogue, how much information should you give the reader? Like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, writers need to find just the right balance for their story. Too much can slow the pace of the story and bore the reader. Too little can confuse the reader, leaving them to wonder what is happening in the story. This workshop will look at how we can learn to trust the reader to understand what we’re trying to communicate in our story, and how finding the proper balance is a major part of developing our voice as writers.
